- 2000+ civil, commercial, workplace, employment, family & boundary mediations conducted.
- 1000+ mediators trained across the globe in person & via Zoom.
- A law graduate, Qualified Dispute Resolver, an Accredited Commercial Mediator through CEDR, the Academy of Experts & ADR Group. An Accredited Workplace Mediator through UK Mediation.
- A Qualified Manager through the Chartered Management Institute – Level 5. An associate Teacher and qualified Trainer, holding the Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector – Level 4.
- Since 2007 Mediation Trainer, Course Director, Chief Assessor & Assessor for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Between 2018 – 2020, was the head of Commercial & Workplace Mediation Training for the ADR Group.

Qualification
We are accredited through the Civil Mediation Council, both of our courses lead to full accreditation allowing you to practice as a mediator. Successful completion makes you eligible to apply for Civil Mediation Council membership as well as other mediation organisations, once you have completed your post course mediation observations.
Our courses meet European standards. Complying with the European Code of Conduct for Mediators 2004.
A globally recognised mediation qualification, allowing you to call yourself an Effective Dispute Solutions Accredited Mediator. Preparing you to mediate real-life commercial & workplace disputes. The skills (communication especially), you will learn, can also be used in all the other areas of your personal and professional life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery whether in person or via the Zoom video platform is extremely detailed. A step by step lecture, group discussions, PowerPoint presentation, real life examples of cases mediated, video clips, a mock mediation conducted by your tutor, extensive Q & A, guest speakers who are highly regarded and practising mediators, a number of role play exercises ... and much more!
Both of our courses materials are extremely detailed and user friendly. Over the years we have tested what works and what does not, incorporating delegate feedback.
Like the majority of our competitors, our materials are NOT knocked up in house on a PC. They have been designed by a renowned external digital marketing agency, our materials are reviewed at our bi-monthly faculty meetings, and updated at a minimum yearly if required.
Best practice, industry updates as well as legislation are continually reviewed and incorporated into our materials if required. You get a complete course handbook to keep, as well as a range of other materials.
All of our course faculty are practising Accredited Commercial and or Workplace and or Family Mediators. Who hold training and teaching qualifications, and or the equivalent in mediation course delivery. With a combined course delivery experience of over 100+ years, why look elsewhere?
We are always happy to answer questions and steer you in the right direction. We have designed an actual workshop which takes out all the guess work and details exactly how to get mediations and build a practice once you have qualified.
We are 100% transparent with our course delegates. We inform you of the necessary mediation observations you will need, if you wish to practice as a mediator outside of your organisation, once you have trained and obtained your accreditation.
The majority of our competitors do not mention observations at all on their websites or in their literature, we’ve heard that some mention them on the final day of your training. When it is too late, as you have already paid them for the training and undertaken it.
In short, they cannot supply observations because the majority of them do not mediate, or nowhere near as much as us, what does that tell you?! They are content to sell you the training, are not transparent with you, then cannot even help you progress your career with the compulsory observations.
The difference is we can and will supply your observations.

Yes there are some course providers who are cheaper, and others who are much more expensive than us. We are competively priced. Our costs are fair, allow us to generate a small profit, remember you are paying for our expertise, quality materials and extensive experience... and so much more.
In house training, let us know how many delegates you wish to train, and we shall do our best to discount the course, especially if you are a registered charity & have a number of delegates you wish to train.
